Hwaryonggak is a Chinese restaurant in Jeju City. Jjajangmyeon is the most ordered dish, and the tangsuyuk comes out tender and in a generous portion. The kitchen is visible from the dining area, and even a single bowl of jjajangmyeon comes with two additional side dishes. Delivery food tastes worse than eating in the restaurant.
