Hayounghayoung

Hayounghayoung is a Vietnamese restaurant in Jeju that serves pho and banh xeo. The banh xeo, folded by the Vietnamese owner, comes out crisp, and the kem seung carries a seasoned galbi flavor. The restaurant also sells bun cha, banh mi, and nem alongside the pho. Portions come out on the large side.
