Gohyang Sutbul Makchang Samdo Branch

Gohyang Sutbul Makchang Samdo is a charcoal-grill makchang (beef abomasum) restaurant in Samdoil-dong, Jeju. The meal can be finished with doenjang jjigae, haejang ramyeon, or noodles. Rice made with a black ingredient is served, and a separate jjigae is prepared for children. The owner checks on the table during the meal and reheats leftover jjigae.
