Daeil

Daeil is a hoe (raw fish) restaurant on Daehak-ro near Jeju City Hall in Jeju, serving raw fish and seafood dishes. A hoe course brings jiri (clear fish soup), fried dishes, and side dishes in sequence, along with squid (hanchi), fried shrimp, noodles, and hoe-deopbap. The restaurant has continued at the same spot in front of Jeju City Hall since the owner's university days, and yellowtail hoe is served during yellowtail season. The quantity and composition of the raw fish and seafood fall short.
