Budu Guksu

Budu Guksu is a gogi-guksu shop near Jeju Port below Dongmun Market and next to Tapdong, serving noodles topped with pork spine and dombe-gogi. The noodles are between somyeon and jungmyeon in thickness, set in pork bone broth with one slice of dombe-gogi and three meaty spine bones, and they go with kkakdugi. The shop is always full at lunch and closes at 2:30 p.m. The space is small, so seats run short during the lunch hour.
