Bonggeurang Gimbap

Bonggeurang Gimbap is a snack shop near Sehwa in Jeju that sells gimbap, tteokbokki and ramyeon. The basic gimbap uses a lot of carrot, and the shop also serves tuna gimbap, modakchigi and a mildly spicy rabokki. The owner, who wears a cooking jacket and hygiene cap, adds green onion, bean sprouts, fish cake, chili and onion to the ramyeon, drawing on hotel and resort kitchen experience and certifications. The tteokbokki rice cakes are somewhat firm and the gimbap rice is dry.
