Baettolong

Baettorong is a ramen shop near Samyang Community Center in Jeju that serves jambon ramen and karaage. The jambon ramen, its signature dish, combines a clean pork broth with salty jambon and springy, chewy noodles. Noodles can be added, and the karaage comes as four large pieces with curry sauce available on request. The noodles are Chinese-style rather than Japanese ramen noodles, which may not suit expectations of Japanese ramen.
