Assa Sarainne Hoe is a hoe (raw fish) restaurant in Jeju. Its main menu is jabeo hoe served in small, medium, and large portions. The medium portion comes with side dishes and hoe, followed by maeuntang (spicy fish stew). The hoe can be not fresh and have a soft, mushy texture.
