Biyangdo

Biyangdo is a small volcanic island with the 114m Biyangbong peak, off the west coast of Hallim-eup in Jeju, in front of Hyeopjae and Geumneung beaches. From Hallim Port, the Biyangho or Cheonnyeonho ferry reaches it in 15 minutes, and visitors who use the cafe can borrow bicycles for free to ride around the island. A full loop on foot takes 40 minutes to an hour, and the climb to Biyangbong takes about 20 to 40 minutes, with a white lighthouse at the top. On weekends boarding is tight, so tickets must be bought in advance.
