Hangpaduri Hangmong Historic Site

Hangpaduri Hangmong Yujeokji is a Goryeo-period historic site in Aewol, Jeju. It was the site of the Sambyeolcho’s final stand around 1273, and includes the earthen fortress and the remains of Jangsumul. The site is part of Jeju Olle Route 16, with free admission, parking, restrooms, and a rest area. The earthen fortress section is wide, so allow time to walk around it slowly.
