Yeonji Minmul Maeuntang Kalguksu

Yeonji Minmul Maeuntang Kalguksu is a neighborhood restaurant in Jayang-dong, Seoul, serving freshwater maeuntang with catfish and pagasari, along with eotang noodles and eotang kalguksu. The eotang kalguksu is boiled spicy with knife-cut noodles, minari, mushrooms, and freshwater shrimp in eotang broth. After eating the kalguksu, diners can add a bowl of rice and eat it as eojuk. The seats fill up during lunch hours.
