Uryang A

Uryanga is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Seoul serving Uryanga galbi, samgyeopsal (pork belly), and grilled boneless chicken neck meat. Its signature dish is codfish stew, and the boneless chicken neck meat is grilled without seasoning. A side dish of codfish salad is served, along with naengmyeon (cold noodles) broth. The chicken neck meat comes in a small portion.
