Susanghan Balhyosil SUGUK

Su Sang Han Bal Hyo Sil Su Guk SUGUK is a one-day cooking class in Seoul where participants make makgeolli and gwahaju themselves. The class covers the history of the drinks while they are being made. The finished makgeolli is taken home to ferment before drinking, and classes can be taught in English. All equipment needed for the class is provided.
