Saboten Konkuk University Star City

Saboten Konkuk Star City Branch is in the underground shopping center of Star City in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, and serves tonkatsu and udon. Its signature hirekatsu comes with a crispy breading and a tonkatsu sauce made from ground sesame. There is an udon set, salad dressing can be poured generously, and vegetables are refillable. The breading is sometimes thick or soggy, and the meat is sometimes dry.
