Ramendaiya is a Japanese ramen restaurant in Seoul that serves shoyu, shio, and wonton ramen. The shoyu ramen adds soy sauce and green onion to chicken broth, the wonton contains shrimp, and a whole soft-boiled egg is part of the standard bowl. Food arrives five to seven minutes after ordering, and rice can be taken free from the rice cooker with the seasoning adjusted to taste. The noodles are on the thick side, but the flavor is plain.
