Park Gwajang's Joeun Hoesa

Park Gwajang's Joeun Hoesa is a hoe restaurant near Guui Station in Seoul that serves aged hoe and seafood course meals. A mixed aged hoe platter includes yellowtail and other raw fish, followed by abalone porridge, fried dishes, and seafood ramyeon, and there is also a way to eat aged kimchi topped with engawa as sushi. Around quitting time there is often a wait, so it is better to reserve in advance. Food comes out slowly.
