Minjeong Restaurant

Minjeong Sikdang is a restaurant in a residential alley in Jayang-dong, Seoul, serving suyuk alongside tonkatsu and doganitang. The suyuk comes with a rich broth, and somyeon noodles can be added to it. During peak hours a wait forms, and the broth is refilled without asking. The portion of suyuk is not generous.
