Kacheuong

Katsuong is a tonkatsu restaurant in Jayang-dong, Seoul, serving special loin and tenderloin katsu along with large shrimp katsu. The breading is thin and crisp, and the katsu is eaten dipped in truffle salt. The special loin is sold in limited quantities and comes out tender with no gamy smell. Both the menu and the shop are clean.
