Imone Bossam

Imone Bossam is an old bossam restaurant tucked inside a residential neighborhood in Seoul. Ordering bossam comes with gamjatang, a pork bone and potato stew, at no extra charge, and gul bossam is served with bossam kimchi. The bossam kimchi is eaten with the oysters, and the lettuce wraps for ssam come in generous portions. The bossam meat is tender, and the gamjatang is a substantial amount for a dish that comes with the order.
