Hwanggeum Don Samgyeopsal

Hwanggeumdon Samgyeopsal is a Korean restaurant in Seoul serving samgyeopsal (pork belly) and kimchi deunggalbi (pork back ribs). Thick-cut samgyeopsal (pork belly) is served with the skin attached, alongside sundubu (soft tofu stew) and gyeranjjim. In spring, kimchi deunggalbi is served with seasonal mountain vegetables. The sundubu (soft tofu stew) can taste salty.
