Dwaeji Sanup

Dwaeji Sanup is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves aged pork and pork mixed stew. It grills moseori sal, pork collar, and 35mm scored skin-on pork belly, and the stew made with pork bone broth, kimchi, and meat comes in spicy and non-spicy versions. Moseori sal is a cut that yields only about 300g per pig. The restaurant allows pets.
