Donstar Sutbul Gui

Donstar Sutbulgui is a charcoal grill restaurant near Jayang Station in Seoul that serves whole galmaegisal, samgyeopsal, and pork collar. The whole galmaegisal, its signature dish, is thick and chewy, and staff grill it from start to finish and serve it with mung bean sprout pickles and a house garlic sauce. The samgyeopsal comes pre-seared so it needs less grilling time, and it can be eaten with meljeot and wasabi. Ordering meat in the evening comes with doenjang jjigae by default.
