Daeheung Yangdari Barbecue is on the lamb skewer street near Konkuk University Station in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, and serves whole-leg charcoal grilling and Chinese-style lamb dishes. The signature lamb leg is par-grilled, hung over a table charcoal grill, brushed with soy sauce, and cut into pieces to cook as you eat. Staff first slice a few pieces onto the grill, and on request the kitchen trims the rest into manageable pieces. Waits are long and seating runs short on weekend evenings.
