Daechan Galbi

Daechan Galbi (Neulpureun Mokjang Geondae Branch) is a charcoal grill restaurant in Jayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, that serves only galbi-sal. The beef galbi-sal is ordered in 100-gram units and grilled over charcoal at the table. A thick beef seaweed soup arrives first after ordering, and doenjang jjigae can be added on the side. Because the galbi-sal is sold in 100-gram units, the price runs on the higher side.
