Buyeong Sikdang

Buyeong Sikdang is a neighborhood meat restaurant in Jayang-dong, Seoul. It serves pork bulbaek with the feel of a home-style side dish, and the meat is grilled on a stone plate. The restaurant has operated in the same spot for over 30 years. The grandmother who owns it slices and prepares the raw meat herself.
