Bau Dakgangjeong Main Branch

Bau Dakgangjeong Bonjeom is a chicken restaurant inside Seoul’s Jayang Market that sells dakgangjeong. It uses quick turnover to preserve a crisp texture and fills cups or paper boxes until the dakgangjeong spills over. When crowds gather, visitors wait in line for a while. There are dakgangjeong shops across the street and outside Jayang Market, and the dakgangjeong has an ordinary taste.
