PAIN DE LAMB

Ppaengdeuraem is a small French bakery in Jayang-dong, Seoul, selling organic bread and cakes. It uses natural sourdough starter and organic wheat flour, and offers anpan butter, chestnut milk bread, and strawberry cream cake. Large, varied samples of bread are set out so customers can taste before choosing. Prices are high because of the organic ingredients.
