Seosan Bulnakji

Seosan Bulnakji is a restaurant in Gijang that serves nakji bokkeum with bean sprouts. Diners choose between sanbul nakji topped with live octopus and bul nakji made with regular octopus, and the spice level is set in three stages. The bean sprouts and octopus are mixed with rice, then extra noodles are added and the meal finishes with bokkeum bap. There are more bean sprouts than octopus, so the amount of octopus is on the small side.
