Punggyeong Kalguksurang Memilirang

Punggyeong Kalguksu-rang Memil-rang is a neighborhood noodle shop in Myeongji-dong, Busan, serving kalguksu, milmyeon, and mandu. The kalguksu uses a strongly simmered anchovy broth, and the milmyeon is clean because it does not use heavy dadegi. Broth comes separately in a kettle, and the mandu wrappers are thin and chewy. The milmyeon portions are generous.
