Touji is an izakaya near Jamsil Saenae Station in Seoul that serves aged sashimi, futomaki, and hanwoo sukiyaki. It offers dozens of kinds of sake, and while the food menu is not large, it includes items such as nankotsu karaage and truffle cheese potato. The owner opened it in August 2020 after working at bars and Japanese ramen shops, and the space is divided by wooden structures, curtains, and partitions. Portions of sashimi and other dishes are on the small side.
