RAPHU Pasta

Labu Raphu Dining is a small restaurant in Itaewon, Seoul, serving Italian pasta and steak with Korean ingredients. The pasta is cooked al dente, without artificial seasonings, to bring out the flavor of the ingredients. At lunch, one chef handles both service and cooking, and explains each dish in detail. With one person running the operation, orders that pile up create a wait.
