Quỳnh

Quynh is a Vietnamese restaurant in Itaewon, Seoul, serving bun bo hue and pho. The bun bo hue is simmered with tomato, freshwater crab, and shrimp, and comes with fresh noodles and beef chuck slices. It is open 24 hours, and the meal is eaten with minced garlic, pickled garlic, and sliced Vietnamese chilies. Bean sprouts are not served by default.
