Manimal Smokehouse

Manimal Smokehouse serves American Texas barbecue between Noksapyeong Station and Itaewon in Seoul. Brisket, ribs, and smoked chicken are smoked over firewood and served with sides such as mac and cheese and coleslaw. The meat is lightly seasoned to suit Korean tastes, and the entrance is reached through a narrow alley between buildings. The bread portions are not generous.
