Gyochon Pilbang is a concept chicken restaurant in Seoul that serves chicken, tteokbokki, and gochu twigim. The chicken is coated with sauce using a brush and comes out crispier than standard Gyochon chicken. The interior uses ink, brushes, and water for a dark design, with the hall divided into two sides. The sign is not easy to spot, and the door opens when you pull down the large brush.
