Razat is an Uzbek restaurant in Itaewon, Seoul, serving Uzbek plov, manti and samsa. The plov comes with four pieces of meat, and manti and bread are also on the menu. A baby chair is available, and parking is inconvenient. The portions of plov and samsa are small.
