Itaewon Silbi

Itaewon Silbi is a Korean drinking house in Itaewon that serves a set table of food and alcohol, with the composition changing each season. It brings out 12 to 14 anju in small plates, mixing Korean with French-Asian cooking. The French restaurant L'Impasse 81, nominated to the Michelin Guide for seven consecutive years, runs the place. The hansangcharim menu differs each time it is ordered.
