Itaewon Maeun Udong

Itaewon Maeun Udon is a small udon shop in an alley in Itaewon, Seoul, selling spicy udon, eomuk udon, and gimbap. The broth is spicy and the noodles are chewy, and the level of heat is adjusted by changing the amount of dadegi. The noodles have a texture closer to jjolmyeon than regular udon noodles, and each person orders one menu item. The interior is very small, so it is difficult for a group to sit together.
