Itaewon Depan

Itaewon Depan is an izakaya in Itaewon serving Korean and Japanese teppan dishes. Order the sous-vide kimchi jjim or the bon galbi-sal teppanyaki and it is cooked on the iron griddle in front of you. The sous-vide kimchi jjim contains pork collar and pork jowl, and at the counter seats you can see flames during cooking. Donpei-yaki is a dish of charred onions combined with mayonnaise.
