Ihwa Guksi is a noodle shop in a narrow alley in Itaewon, Seoul, up a set of stairs. It serves kalguksu with a large portion and a deep, mild flavor, along with kimchi jeon and buchu jeon. Until July 2025, a grandmother ran the shop for 50 years, after which the owner changed. Food comes out slowly.
