Chueokui Yeontan Gui

Chumogui Yeontan Gui is a charcoal-briquette barbecue restaurant at the entrance to Gyeongnidan-gil in Seoul. It serves samgyeopsal (pork belly), pork collar, galmaegisal, and dwaeji galbi grilled over charcoal briquettes, with seonji haejangguk and dwaeji kkeopdegi provided as complimentary side dishes. The restaurant has been operating for 17 years, and the seonji haejangguk can be refilled without limit. Diners season the meat with salt themselves.
