Camouflage

Camouflage is a restaurant near Itaewon Station in Seoul that serves American Chinese dishes made entirely with vegan ingredients. Its orange chicken, kung pao chicken, and chao mian use soy meat to replicate the texture of chicken. The restaurant is on the second floor, and meals are served quickly in a large space decorated with plants and lighting. Portions are large, so one chicken dish is shared among several people.
