Kushiraku

Kushiraku is an izakaya in Seoul that serves motsunabe and skewers. Highballs and draft beer accompany the food, and the skewers are grilled over a konro right in front of you. The menu is divided by cut, including shiro made from pork makchang and torikawa made from chicken skin, with taré sauce and garlic sauce. The draft beer is fresh and the mega highball comes in a large glass.
