Karakoy Fish Wrap

Karakoy Fish Wrap is a seafood restaurant in Istanbul that serves mackerel kebab, fish wraps, and mussel rice. It uses half a thick mackerel, removes the bones, and fills it with vegetables and pomegranate seeds.
