Nuruosmaniye Mosque sits on the route to Istanbul's Grand Bazaar and is still used by locals. It is built in the Ottoman Baroque style with a single central dome and no semi-dome, which makes the interior ceiling look high and wide. Entry is free, visitors can sit inside to rest, and the mosque does not draw large numbers of visitors. People hurrying to the Grand Bazaar often pass by without looking beyond the exterior.
