Socheong Shelter

Socheong Shelter is a shelter on Seoraksan. From it you can see Gongnyong Ridge, Yongajangseong, and Bongjeongam, and on clear days Ulsanbawi and the sea off Sokcho come into view. General use requires a reservation, and the store sells cooked rice, water, chocolate pies, and raincoats, with lights out at 9 p.m. Sleeping places where you lay out a blanket are hard, so sleeping comfortably is difficult.
