Halal Chinese Beef Noodles (Da'an) is a halal Chinese beef noodle shop near Taipei Dome in Da'an District, Taipei. The clear qingtang beef noodles have a seolleongtang-like broth with almost no spices, while the hongtang version adds a mild mala aroma, and the jingjiang rousi is made to order and eaten wrapped in a flour wrapper. Beef noodles can be ordered with beef only or half beef and half tendon, and pickles are placed on the table. There is a wait at weekend lunch.
