Market Bibimbap Iksan

Sijang Bibimbap is a yukhoe bibimbap restaurant near Hwangdeung Market in Iksan. It serves rice rinsed in broth and topped with seasoned yukhoe, with seonji guk on the side. The restaurant has continued an 80-year history, and on weekday mornings the wait can run about 10 minutes. The gochutgaru is spicy, so the red dishes and kimchi are strong.
