Gaemisan Observatory

Gaemisan Observatory sits at the top of Gaemisan in Hwasun. From the cafe on the third floor, visitors look down over Hwasun town, and at night they can see the Hwasuncheon Flower River Music Fountain. It is open every day from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and cars can drive up and park at the observatory entrance. Though it is an observatory, it feels like a cafe building, so there is little else to see.
