Zipbuldon

Jipbul Don is a grilled-meat restaurant near Hapjeong Station that par-cooks samgyeopsal, pork collar, and pork skirt meat over straw fire. The mixed platter comes with all three cuts and doenjang jjigae, eaten with gamtae salt, roasted gim, tortillas, and stir-fried baekkimchi. The meat is par-cooked twice, then staff grill it at the table so it is quick and easy to eat. At lunch opening time, the folding doors are opened wide.
