Yuaha

You ah ha is a Taiwanese restaurant inside Hapjeong Station in Seoul. Its hot pot uses a grandmother's recipe and comes with dried tofu, flower-shaped mochi, corn and bean sprouts, served with house-made majang sauce. The fried dongpo pork is crisp outside and mild inside, laid over onion and bok choy. On weekends there is a wait.
